Sorry you’re having to go through this at this time. I have seen quite a few dogs recover and go on living a long time. I would take him in to have the vet check his bladder, and do basic bloodwork if it hasn’t been done. Also, many pups still enjoy a walk even in a stroller or being carried. Try setting him down at one of his fav pee spots to see if it will trigger him to pee.
