I'm sure you didn't intentionally mean anything bad by posting this thread. However since she is a member of this board, Pm'ing is always nice to do first before posting in the public forum regarding matters like this.
Two weeks is VERY typical turn around time for handmade items. And many other sites have a 3-4 week wait. Putting a lot of care into our products takes more time than many people realize.
