Max antics:
1. He tries to tip his bowl and will generally not eat if the kibble is in the bowl.
2. When he eats in the living room he takes 1 piece of kibble, climbs on my lap, chews it with a partially open mouth (like he's showing me that he is, in fact, eating), licks his lips, then jumps off the couch for another piece of kibble. He repeats this procedure until he is finished eating.
3. When I used to give him greenies, he would walk around with it in his mouth for about 10 minutes to be sure that he found "the perfect spot" to enjoy his greenie. I don't give him greenies anymore so he now does this when I give him a new toy.
4. He buries himself in his bed. It's a doughnut bed so he digs the pillow in the middle out, lays in the middle and flips the pillow back down over himself.
5. He also likes to bury toys, typically in his doughnut bed however, I witnessed him attempt to bury a new toy in the large rectangular bed in the living room--one that does not have any crevasses. He kept digging and digging, dropped the toy in the spot, and pushed it down with his snout. When it didn't get "buried," he picked it up and began pacing around in the kitchen with the toy in his mouth.
6. He always steals socks from the laundry basket (clean or dirty). He gets his snout and shoves it through the side of the basket to get the sock.
7. He LOVES the angle bay window at my parents' house. He even has his own bed up there. When I visit, he spends most of his time there looking out and barking at the people and dogs that walk by.

Abbie antics:
1. Abbie prefers to sleep on my bed. If she is up there and my boyfriend or I attempt to move her, she pretends that she is sleeping and makes her body go limp when we pick her up (while subtly observing us with 1 eye open).
2. When she visited my parents, she met my brother's boxer, Vito and took over his extra large dog bed on which to take naps and just hang out. She now has the same extra large dog bed in the living room at my house. This bed is HUGE--so huge that about 10 yorkies could fit comfortably on it.
3. Abbie does not tolerate being away from her brother, Max--not even for a second. If Max is taken outside and she is left inside she will pace from window to window and door to door looking for him and whimpering until he comes back into the house.
