THAT is the way it was here too. Then. Like 'Magic', <winks> suddenly, stock back on shelves. We get up early and go when they open, now at 7 am. I do not think they open early here for Seniors. Anyway, HARDLY anyone there at that time, other than a TON of Workers, stocking shelves.



I have to tell you. I was SHOCKED to see the Rubbing Alcohol on the shelves, and not just a few bottles. Thrilled they are starting to be able to keep things in stock......'for the rest of us'.


Like I said. I was RAISED to keep everything on hand. My Parents were WWI babies, WWII fighters, 1920's Survivors (babies then). My parents kept MONTHS of food on shelves when we were growing up. If canned goods went on sale, they bought a bunch and rotated. I do this, but not to the degree they did.
