Good for them. We have that arrest policy too and likewise apparently only for repeat offenders so far. I say first time, you do cell time is what it's going to take to get most of these numbnuts to realize they've got to take the distancing rules seriously before cases spike further and further and our medical providers just give out from stress, risk, overwork! Every one of them I've seen on TV working the front lines look utterly exhausted. They are truly heroes!
