You are very lucky because it is not like that here. Most places have no alcohol products and many diabetics who have to use alcohol before taking their blood sugar or giving themselves shots can find any. Luckily I have OCD so I always have a bit of back up of stuff I use. Food is becoming easier to find as well as water but toilet paper, paper towels, hand sanitizer, and any cleaning products are no where to be found.
