Yes our Vet does. We took the $42.47 option because we save $20 per month and when you multiply the New Healthy Paws Premium it would have been $1018.44 in a year anyway. We are really glad HP raised their rates that much, good riddance! Its like "Cutting the Cord", between Dish, Hughes and the Phone Company we've saved a bunch, in the Thousands over 2+ years already. Now we pay $69.99 Comcast Internet, $13.00 Hulu and about $4,89 Fed Tax for the Ooma Phone (and wired in House system so have 5 phones). Before it was about $400 a month and growing. Funny all the tricks they use to get more money, separating the Taxes, inching up the rates. In my younger days worked in Cable TV, we had what we called the "Chumps" number. It was a number the NCTVA published regularly, it was a number you could raise your Rates to where your loss from Disconnects equaled your increased revenue from the higher rate.
