With this virus going around, this is not the time to look for a rescue, depending where in NY you are it may be impossible for you to even go out and see a rescue. Wait until this pandemic flu is completely out of the USA before searching for a rescue. I would think all rescue shelters would be closed to the public at this time. Stay safe.
