Looks like they had way more than that truck bed could safely haul w/out lots of it toppling out unless they tarp it down hard and well. What store sold all of that to them? As of last midnight, in Dallas County, you can only buy 12 rolls or less per purchase unless the package holds more and then you can buy that one package.
I'd really like to know the story behind all of this. No doubt we will soon!
