Are there must haves that I should get before I bring her home?
I will be working so should I get a playpen for her?
Also is there a big difference in a yorkie and a yorkiepoo?
Do I have to own a full yorkie to be on this forum?

Any info would be great.

Thanks guys
Well first of all WeLcOmE to YT!! I'm so happy for you that you are getting a puppy! As for your questions, you might want to talk with the breeder and see what food she has been on before she comes home with you, because changing foods too fast can make them sick. If it's not a high quality food and you wish to change it do it slowly. Ummm, and about the playpen, you should look into crate training or using something like an x-pen. Crates make housetraining much easier also. The difference between a Yorkie and a Yorkiepoo isn't as much difference as there is in a Yorkie and a Poodle, they may be around the same size, but will probably look more like a Yorkie or Poodle in the end. And no you don't have to have a purebred Yorkie on this site, we love all shapes and sizes of Yorkies here!! I hope you enjoy this forum, and we can't wait to see pictures of your new baby!
