Love it. Been living on it last month or so. Lots of grocery shopping for fresh vegetables and fruit, washing, chopping veggies - and fruit - but from there on it's easy and yummy good for lunch or dinner. Pureed the veggies, added different types of pureed or chopped nuts, apples, raisins, this week added a little chicken or beef, even natural peanut butter to see how that worked. Tried making it every way I know and today I needed a break so Whataburger took me in and saved me. Back to healthy eating and more work tomorrow.
