Cry Nerve Damage to my puppy???

does anyone know how nerve damage is treated or if it is treatable? My 6 month old yorkie hit his leg on the chair as he was running and has been scooting around and mostly sitting and crying.

We've been to 5 vets in total who all say nothing is broken. The last vet who seems to be on the right track did a blood test which showed his muscle enzyme level to be much higher than normal which means he has muscle inflamation.

He is on Dex Solution and a type of pain killer. It's only been 48 hours since he started the meds but I'm worried that he could have nerve damage. The vet said to wait it out and see how he does with the meds but if they don't work within the week, maybe an MRI. I'm reading all kinds of crazy things about nerve damage and getting really worried.

Does anyone have any advice?
