I’d get him off of grain free sooner rather than later. Transition him over a week on a complete diet you can find at Petco or Petsmart not grocery store brands would be good. Important to do because he’s a puppy and his diet may be lacking, which will affect his growth, organ development, etc. I’d also have the vet check him out especially because he’s been on grain free this long. The vet may recommend a food specifically for him should something be discovered during his exam.
