sashajade....You guys overseas have a FAR better system to care for pets than we do. A regular vet usually doesn't work on Sundays....though I can get mine on a Saturday OR a Sunday - they charge extra....
AN ER VET is usually a clinic or vet open after hours...again...they charge more because they are considered emergencies.
IF a person goes in for ER Treatment and doesn't have the money or a Credit Card up front - many times you will be turned away but the Emergency Clinics and this is SAD and it sucks !
I've heard many countries have free Vet Care or you are on a program where you have vouchers and you charge it that way - MUCH better in my opinion compared to the United States.
