There are already lots of laws regulating "freedom of assembly." One is that you have to notify the police department ahead of time. It should be regulated, it makes things safer for all of the parties. These people are just using a family's misfortune to get their radical views on TV. They are trying to get people against the war to join their group against gay people.
Voicing your opinion is okay, but I believe there is a time and place for protests. When a family is trying to peacefully put their son or daughter to rest is NOT one of them. Did anyone know that they were protesting King's funeral in February? The bills are not bad, some say no protesting within 30 feet from the funeral, others say none one hour before or after a funeral.
