I do not think you were harsh at all but I do think you said too much. When she contacted me I would have said. Sorry but I sell my pups on a limited registration only. Then if she persisted, I would have said, 'no, I'm sorry, I will not sell to you. I don't mean to be rude and thanks for calling". Then I would have hung up the phone and let it go at that.
