praises for all the things you give treats for, your girl is high maintenance because she knows if she holds out long enough you will give her what she wants, a treat, you have to stop the treats and praise her when she gets brushed, or stops barking etc. Teach her safety commands, sit, stay, wait, LEAVE IT, DROP IT. These are treat rewards, and commands that one day may save her life.
