I highly doubt that any law would go through because it's unconstitutional to regulate freedom of assembly, but Jesus Christ could these people just have some freaking compassion? or maybe a little class? How tasteless could they be? The point is that there shouldn't even NEED to be any laws because who would protest at a funeral in the first place?
