Thanks all for the well wishes.

I spoke to my vet yesterday. Almost all good news. His ACTH is back to normal around 4. His blood work also came back within the normal range.

The only abnormal number was the Pancreas. It was still high but the vet said it did go significantly down from where it was prior. She said it can take a while to get back to the normal range.

No need to worry about his spleen with the good blood work.

I go back in two weeks just to check his BP if it is still high she will add an additional medication to his Enaparil. His BP was 220 and last time it was checked in 2018 it was 170 both high. He has the very first appt of the day so he does not have to wait in the waiting room and hopefully we will get a true reading.

She also suggested to follow up with more blood work and ACTH in two months to see where the pancreas numbers are at that time.

He is back to getting into mischief when I am not home so I know he is feeling well.
