You can not put a puppy on a diet. Genetics are what determine the puppies size you can not do anything to change that. When size is that important you should go for an adult. I have four bigger yorkies and they rock. Good breeders keep puppies with their moms until 12 weeks and since this breeder didn’t could they be lying about the age of the puppy and he might be older? In all honestly if you need to rehome him please let me know. I really enjoy these larger yorkies.
