The dew claws are just usless to them. But it will cause her no pain or problems having it stay there. The only problem is that she could get it caught on something. Which is not likely anyway. My suggestion would be to leave it alone. And if you have her spayed or something then just have them remove it then. It is a very simple thing, and would take no time at all. Good luck!
