With my car being so small, a crate may not fit, at least not comfortably or in a safe manner. I'm thinking the round Sleepypod may work best with my car's bucket seats. If you have one, please share your thought and opinions on it!

Thanks for posting this! I wasn't familiar with Sleepypods before now, but I'm going to check those out. Max does NOT enjoy traveling and gets very restless in the car. We've tried a lot of differnt things, including different carriers, but so far he has a hard time settling down in vehicles. Sleepypods look promising though - they look very much like his bed, so he may find it a little more comforting. I'll post back if we get a chance to try one out!
