My heart did skip a beat! None of my little ones have ever been outside without their harnesses firmly attached, but I will say that I never thought about the possibility that he could fit in the storm drain. Mind you, this is the same rascal that inspired my husband to place a guard in the family room pocket doors to our lanai so that he would not get stuck inside the walls...live and learn.
