In line with our commitment to a healthier lifestyle, and to help Ty & Gus get over losing their big brother Beau, we have tried to give them more long walks around the neighborhood. (At 13, Beau was not able to take many walks, especially in the heat, and it wasn't fair to leave him behind).
Tonight we learned a new thing to worry about when you have tiny dogs...Gus leapt off the curb to cross the street...and almost rolled into the sewer drain! Thank goodness for his sturdy harness. He stood up, shook his head, looked around, then resumed his walk with an "I meant to do that" attitude, lol.
