If she had diarrhea it would be normal for her to go a day or two without pooing because it has to build back up. Did the vet do blood work to like check for pancreatitis? Does she eat dry food or wet food? If it is wet food then there is some water in it but if it’s dry food maybe try adding water to it. It definitely sounds like another vet visit maybe necessary.
