There are no words for me to express my sorrow for your loss.
When we select a Veterinarian to care for our fur babies we put our trust in them, follow their instructions because we trust them. You cannot blame yourself, you were following your vets instructions.
I am not familiar with the meds that were given to your baby, so I cannot offer any help on that.
