Zoo animals eat their own species biologically appropriate diet that's specially formulated for them. If dogs were in zoos, they would be eating a raw diet. In fact, their close relative, the wolves in captivity & in the wild eat raw.

I would like to remind you I took vet assistant classes and we did a lot on nutrition. Dogs aren’t wolves and they aren’t wild. Dogs systems have evolved to eat dog food and what we feed them. But dogs aren’t in zoos nor are they wild animals. Just because your opinion is different then mine does not make it wrong, nonsense or ignorant. Maybe you want to check out some science based stuff on raw if not here it is for others
