I hear you, but we cant take away all risk or life would be so sad for everyone.
For example, then its even safer to put my dogs in crates in a windowless room with the door bolted!!! Wouldnt that make them even safer? They couldnt escape or be stolen or fall or get stepped on etc. But safety isnt the only thing a doggie wants and needs and life is a trade off between risk and safety and life!! (I know this is a silly example but the point is the same)
It is a balence! I respectg how you draw the balence for you and your dogs.
