I'm a big fan of free feeding. I have at least 2 that are pickers and would never eat enough if I tried to limit it to certain times a day. I'm sure its possible but just not something I'm into. I kinda liken it to if I'm hungry between meals I can go get a snack but they can't. Also I think Penny was not given much food when she was with her previous owners so she kinda goes into a panic if there is not food.
