I would split them up, reason being, you have a frisky wee lil puppy, and then there is the toddler. My concern is the toddler trying to pick up frisky puppy and possibly dropping him or, frisky puppy rough playing, nipping the toddler. IMO Molly is best suited to stay with the toddler gal. It's only for 3 days, I would not worry about splitting them up.
