Yes to ppl that have yorkies 7 pounds and under to them 12 pounds is BIG but, my now passed Matese weighed in at 17 Lbs. no fat, just a big beautiful sleek body girl so, to me 12 Lbs is tiny, itty bitty after a 17 Lb baby for 17 years lol.
