Back to Yorkies.....it occurred to me this morning that Katy's age and training has really helped in this.....now Deron and I can work out in the mornings again. Katy and our GSD play together (right there with us) now and Katy can be trusted. THIS! This helps so much. With the weather, we have not been out on our bicycle or walked (snow over ice) or even walked around the yard much with Katy. So calories.....are sitting on me.
Winter is hard for exercise certainly in the states that get cold weather. I have psoriasis so when it’s to cold my skin burns like crazy. My goal besides loosing weight is to get my skin healthy and off of at least one of my medicines.
