Yes. Indeed. Our HEALTH is why we should get and keep fat off our bodies! Not only that, it feels so good when it is gone. Healthier, move better, feel better, clothing fits better and more fun to buy and wear.


I was down a pound this morning. I have been struggling.



Back to Yorkies.....it occurred to me this morning that Katy's age and training has really helped in this.....now Deron and I can work out in the mornings again. Katy and our GSD play together (right there with us) now and Katy can be trusted. THIS! This helps so much. With the weather, we have not been out on our bicycle or walked (snow over ice) or even walked around the yard much with Katy. So calories.....are sitting on me.
