These dogs are amazing when it comes to surgery, they bounce back so fast it's unbelievable. Do not be deceived by their frisky behavior, follow your vets instructions on recuperation time. and no jumping until they are healed.
That's great that your mom is sending you the script.
What surprises me is.....you have two intact males that are soon to be a year old and they are not fighting over dominance.
Some years back I knew a gal that had 2 male litter mates, brothers. At 7 moths old one was dominate and was always fighting with the other, fighting to the point of drawing blood. She had to separate them in different rooms when she went to work and until they were neutered.

You are very very lucky your boys do not fight. You are adding years of health to their lives by neutering and decreasing aggressive behavior in them. They will not be mad at you lol.
