i really want the second one because it looks more comfortable, i saw the first one at walmart but they didnt have any mediums..... toby is a really odd size i guess because he is in between (which makes the second choice kinda great........ im tempted to get it without trying it on because of teh way that they size it)
Toby's now is whatever up to 14"......... and the medium in that group is 14" up to 20" BUT for some odd reason the medium didnt fit
it was WAY to big and the small is getting small......
The roman harness goes from whatever-14" and then the medium sized (toby's potential ranges from 12"-20") so it has sort of a "fail safe" because it doesnt start directly at 14..........
