Chewy will contact your vet. A few years back I ordered Simparica Flea and Tick prevention pills recommended by my vet, chewy was selling it for a lot less then what my vet was charging when I ordered it they sent me an email requesting my vets name and phone # to get my vets approval. You living in Canada I don't know if they call out of the country. All flea and tick prevention are now prescriptions. Over the counter is crap, not reliable, and stay away from Hartz Mountain. Years back their flea collars were killing dogs and at that time that's all we had for protection. Since then I will not buy any Hartz Mountain product.
