Right now we use what I think are the latex bands. They are about a half inch round and they have a really good stretch to them. Very thin also.
Lacie is beautiful chattiesmom!!!! Emmi's coat is slowly changing from the puppy coat and sooo thick compared to prior yorkie. She is definitively not show material but I think her coat is going to be beautiful as time goes along. She is a chocolate but some of her colors/markings are really nice. The misses says I have an obsession with hair because I like to keep it long, lol.

When Emmi gets use to something on her head and no longer tries to pull them out you can use claws and barrettes. Emmi sounds like my now passed girls, they were all tom boys, rough and tumble always getting into mischief zooming through the house like the devil was after them lol.
Get use to it, you have a few years to go before lil Miss Emmi chills out
