Welness limited ingredient with salmon has peas as one of the main ingredients and it looks like there is no grain in it. |
It's not just grain free foods. It's food use lots of peas, lentils and potatoes. Wellness was not on the list. The food I suggested really isn't that bad compared to all the ones that made the list and is not known to cause the issues. The foods I have looked at from Acana are very heavy on those ingredients. They also refused to sell on Chewy.com when Petsmart bought it but they are now selling in Petco. My opinion is I don't trust them and would stay far away from them because of their food being on the list, the fact that most of their food is high in the foods causing the heart disease and not worth the risk, and I think their business practices are shady.
