I'll chime in with motivation for those who need to lose weight and hate sports
Lost 20 pounds years ago by cutting sugars, alcohol, all refined carbs such as white bread, pasta, white rice etc. Mostly protein for dinner, no food after 7 pm and lots of water. No other restrictions. Was craving sugar like crazy at first so made baked goods with whole grain flour and mashed banana/honey as a sweetener. For the sport I did 7-min workout that I progressed into a 30-min during the first month and just continued with it. Started with doing it daily and after a few months continued with 3-4 times per week. I think such high intensity activity helps boosting metabolism. I'm actually very skinny now, looking for ways how to gain some weigh lol
