Here is an update on Gidget's weepy eye problem. Mentioned this to my daughter who started doing some research. Recommendation was to switch her dog food to a salmon based food. Started the gradual switch from Royal Canin for Yorkies to one with salmon as the main ingredient. Started this a month ago and seeing some good results. Not as much (in fact very little) draining and goop around the eyes and also improvement in her poop. Much better consistency and more regular. Looking forward to the switch being complete.
