Question

OK. I used the CC shampoo and conditioner for the first time today. Gracie had not had a bath for about 5 weeks because (as some of you may know) she broke her leg and had a splint on. Her coat really does look and feel really nice, but I do have one problem. Even though I haven't been able to give her a bath in weeks, I did try to keep up by brushing her, but I guess I didn't keep up good enough because she has some terrible mats. She has some on her sides, her belly, and of course her leg that was broken. I used Ice on Ice after her bath and tried to work the mats out, but some of them will just NOT come out. Am I going to have to cut/shave them out??? I really hope not, but I cannot figure out what else to do. Will they grow off??? I'm really open to all suggestions...
