Well, it sounds like that's just Kira's personality - which is O.k. - most of the time it is funny (good point Jaspermom - I should stay off the floor when I'm reading. Suninthesummer - I can relate to the "ouch"). On a positive note Kira has found some games that my new male yorkie will play with her -- they run around and around the house playing tag and also wrestle on the floor with their mouths open and snarling and pretending to bite each other -- I've discovered yorkies are great entertainment.
