She woke up at 3:00 in the morning and that was the beginning of the whining an barking. The next night I decided to put her in bed with me and that's where she's been ever since. Potty training is very different. While I do feel strongly about dogs being crate trained for many reasons like them needing to be use to it because a crate could be used at the groomer, the vets and in emergencies. I have seen poor stressed out pups at the vet not used to being in a crate and freaking out. Potty training though is a necessity and diapers are just not species appropriate and don’t fix something that could be fixed. If your not willing to at least potty train a dog then why get one? What happens if something happens to you and a friend or family member needs to care for your dogs but no one takes them because they aren’t potty trained. It’s just not feasible to not potty train.
