Putting a belly band on is not going to to fix the problem just put a band aid over it. It also can cause rashes. Is he neutered? Start the potty training process from the beginning like he was a puppy. Don't give free run use a play pen or crate and lots of praise when he goes where he should. The apple spray is for chewing not peeing.
