OMGoodness....that would have even scared me to death too.... 
Poor old lady. How is the puppy? Was there only one puppy. I hope the puppy is ok. How old was the dog they bought for this lady? WOW...What a surprise... Just Wow...  Sorry for all the questions, but that is just sooo shocking....
