There is a medicine that can kill all the fleas right away and then more then likely you will have to bomb the house or have and exterminator come in. After the fleas are already there nothing natural is going to kill them. I use nexgard for fleas and tick prevention with 4 dogs and it was used on my moms late yorkie too with no issues. Fleas really really are such a pain.
