If I thought my dog was stolen by my neighbors, I would watch for them to leave, and sneak over to have a look in there windows,then if I seen my dog, I would be checking to see if the doors were locked, if not I would take her back. Very illegal, but nobody especially living right next door would get away with taking my baby. Ps. I also have a Bichon.
