I always kept the crate so my girls could see me while we slept. I did the same thing a few months ago when my daughter's puppy stayed with me while my daughter moved. Although she couldn't understand why she could not sleep with me and Khloe. She was not potty trained and I don't risk it. I only allow my pups to sleep with me once they are completely trained. Take her to potty if she is whining and right back in the crate and sleep time (ignore her). Put a toy in her crate for comfort and entertainment.
