When I had my pack of 3 they had to be walked every day, they were house broken and would not use indoor pads. Rain, hail, sleet, snow, they were walked. Make sure you put a sweater or coat on Dexter to keep him warm on these walks. If he is pad trained or yard trained there is no reason you should walk him in temps of 32. I had no choice with my girls, no matter how cold it was they had to be walked, they just pottied faster and didn't smell everything in sight lol.
