If the temp. in your house is kept at 68 in the winter and your dog is shivering it's because the dog is cold. As Lovetodream has stated, yorkies do not have an undercoat, they have hair and get cold quickly. If you keep your baby in long coat you may just need a light weight T-shirt. Pet Supplies, Pet Smart, Petco all have a nice selection of clothes.
